Shipping policy
Order Fulfilment:
Once your order is placed, please allow up to a week for me fulfil your order. This means I have placed your order with my supplier. Your order will then be shipped once fulfilment has taken place.
Shipment Times:
Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping/delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks but for the purpose of random delays out of my control please allow up to 4 weeks. However please be aware this timeframe may vary based on your location. Also, please note delivery times are an estimate and are out of our control is delays take place (such as customs, carrier delays, public holidays, etc)
Tracking Information:
Tracking information will be available at different times based on your order. I get all of your orders delivered to me before hand to ensure quality is perfect and nothing has been damaged in the process of shipment. Once I have checked this, your order will be shipped straight out to you and tracking numbers will be available to access then. Any bulk orders (more than 1 item) will be shipped out together so may take a tiny bit longer. Please then allow a few days for the tracking to update/appear after you’ve received the tracking number.
Lost/Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived after 3-4 weeks, please contact us at luxe.bysi@outlook.com or WhatsApp 07735805142 and we will be more than happy to assist you!
Delays:
Occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand. This will be due to the high volume of sales meaning I have to bulk buy certain products. We kindly ask that you allow the full delivery timeframe (up to 4 weeks) before contacting us regarding your order and tracking.
